I finally took an Uber and a Lyft for the first time while I was in Miami a few months ago. I was excited.  However, my mom who was traveling with me, was concerned. A few bad news stories made her think that ridesharing drivers merely serial killers in disguise. After a little coaxing, I convinced her we should give it try. The result?
